I made the gravy without calling in someone to remake it this year!!!!!....Thanksgiving Mission Accomplished!!!!
Notes for Next year: boot the butter on the turkey, and foil sooner,the bird was a little crispy crispy this year. Always add sauteed mushrooms to the green bean casserole.mmmmmmmmm. Always make that day after, cheesey fatty meal with the turkey that one was a winner!
